Hardware Supply Chain & Strategic Sourcing Leader @ Taiwan
17 Years Experience
Hardware supply chain and strategic sourcing leader with 17+ years of experience driving complex hardware programs from NPI to high-volume production across battery systems, power electronics, and electromechanical platforms.
I'm passionate about identifying and solving supply chain and strategic sourcing problems. It gives me a strong sense of achievement in my work.I have a lot of experience in sourcing and supply chain management for hardware systems, including mechanical parts, electronic components, and battery cells.
I also had the opportunity to build the supply chain in an early-stage startup, supporting projects from NPI to mass production. From that experience, I learned a lot about the challenges during rapid growth. I can also act as a bridge between engineering teams and suppliers. I started my career as an engineer, so I understand manufacturing processes. Later, I moved into procurement and learned sourcing strategy, cost analysis, and risk management.
With this combination, I can connect technical and commercial perspectives and bring strong value in supplier management.
